This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what you can and cannot do with AISpecies. Violating these policies may result in account suspension or termination.

Important: You're responsible for all content generated and published through AISpecies, including ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

  • Multi-platform publishing

Creativity & Innovation

Experiment with AI-generated content and creative formats

Examples:

  • Art and design
  • Writing assistance
  • Idea generation

❌ Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Illegal Activities

  • Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Generating content that promotes illegal activities
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Identity theft, fraud, or impersonation
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code

Harmful Content

  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups
  • Content exploiting or harming minors
  • Self-harm or suicide promotion
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Graphic violence or gore

Misinformation & Manipulation

  • Deliberately spreading false or misleading information
  • Impersonating others or creating fake personas
  • Manipulating social media algorithms in bad faith
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior or astroturfing
  • Election interference or voter manipulation
  • Health misinformation that could cause harm

Spam & Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Mass posting or flooding social media platforms
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
  • Automated harassment or coordinated attacks
  • Scraping or unauthorized data collection
  • Overloading or attacking our infrastructure

Platform Violations

  • Violating terms of service of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Violating terms of service of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Circumventing platform rate limits or restrictions
  • Using the service to violate third-party rights
  • Engaging in click fraud or fake engagement

Security & Access

  • Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise our security
  • Accessing accounts without authorization
  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service
  • Bypassing security measures or access controls

Enforcement & Consequences

We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

⚠️ Warning

First-time minor violations may result in a warning and request to remove violating content.

⏸️ Temporary Suspension

Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days).

🚫 Permanent Ban

Serious violations (illegal activity, severe abuse, security breaches) result in immediate permanent account termination.

⚖️ Legal Action

We may report illegal activities to law enforcement and cooperate with legal investigations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we determine you've violated this policy, our Terms of Service, or if your use of the platform poses a risk to others.

Please include as much detail as possible: account username, description of violation, screenshots if available, and date/time of incident.

Note: We're not responsible if your social media accounts are suspended or banned for violating platform policies. You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable policies.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to address new risks, comply with legal requirements, or reflect service changes. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of AISpecies after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
