These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AISpecies, an AI-powered social media management platform operated by Okyke Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AISpecies.
By accessing and using AISpecies, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AISpecies. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you'll update it to keep it current.
You must create an account to use AISpecies. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You're responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Each person may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.
AISpecies is an AI-powered content automation platform that helps you research, generate, and publish content to Instagram, Twitter, and blogs.
You must provide your own API keys from AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek). You're responsible for all costs incurred with these providers.
We use your API keys solely to provide services to you. We never use your keys for our own purposes or share them with third parties.
You authorize us to post content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf according to your pipeline configurations.
You're solely responsible for all content generated and published through AISpecies. You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of all platforms where you publish content (Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
You must comply with the terms of service of all AI providers whose API keys you use (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek).
You may not use AISpecies for illegal activities, harassment, spam, misinformation, or any purpose that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
You agree to use the service reasonably and not to abuse, overload, or harm our infrastructure or other users' experience.
You retain all rights to content you create using AISpecies. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Content generated by AI models may be subject to the intellectual property terms of the respective AI providers. You're responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.
AISpecies, including our software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Okyke Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.
Custom templates and features we provide are licensed to you for use within the platform but remain our intellectual property.

❌ Attempting to hack, break, or compromise our security

❌ Scraping or extracting data from the platform
❌ Sharing your account with others
BYOK Model: AISpecies operates on a "Bring Your Own Keys" model. You provide your own API keys and are responsible for all costs charged by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek).
Platform Fees: We may introduce subscription plans or usage-based fees in the future. You'll be notified at least 30 days before any fees take effect.
API Costs: You're responsible for monitoring and paying for your AI API usage. We're not responsible for any charges from third-party providers.
Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.
Beta Service: AISpecies is currently in beta. Features may change, and some functionality may be experimental.
No Warranties: The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Third-Party Services: We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services (AI providers, social media platforms).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okyke Technologies and AISpecies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Okyke Technologies, AISpecies, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings. This will permanently delete all your data.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons. We'll provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of AISpecies after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree with changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Service], except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
